Where the traffic comes from
Network choice is payout math, not loyalty. PropellerAds and Adsterra both open at a $100 deposit and carry the broadest Tier 1–3 coverage; RichAds activates at $150 with pop CPMs from $0.50 and heavier account management; PopAds takes $50 and prices by CPV down to $0.0002, which suits micro-bid Tier 3 testing; PopCash opens at $5 and works as a cheap second opinion on a GEO. A typical account runs two networks at once, three while a migration test is live.
How bids actually get set
Every GEO starts at the network floor, $0.10 CPM on PropellerAds pops and $0.50 on RichAds, and climbs one rung at a time only while the CPA holds under goal. Tier-1 inventory costs two to five times what comparable Tier-2/3 volume does, so the ladder usually finds its ceiling faster in the US and France than in Brazil or the Philippines. Dayparting follows the offer's conversion window, not the clock; frequency caps start at 1 per 24 hours and loosen only with proof.
Zones live and die by one rule
A zone that has spent three times the offer payout without a single quality conversion is killed, automatically, that day. On new accounts we audit, a median 27% of conversions fail quality checks; managed accounts hold near 9%. The whitelist that survives this process is the actual asset you are paying for, and it is yours: full zone lists ship with every weekly ledger, so leaving us never means starting over.
