Privacy policy

The short version

This website is informational. It runs no analytics trackers, sets no advertising cookies, and its contact form is a front-end demonstration that does not transmit what you type. The realistic ways we end up holding your personal information are that you email us or become a client.

About the contact form

The form on our contact page validates your input and shows a sending-and-received sequence entirely inside your browser. No network request is made, no message is stored, and nothing you type leaves your device. To actually reach us, email contact@cpamomentum.com.

Data we collect

When you email us: your address, your message, and anything you attach. When you become a client: contact and billing details, plus campaign data (tracker exports, network reports, zone lists) needed to deliver the services. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, user agent, requested URLs) for security and uptime; we do not enrich or resell them.

How we use it

To answer you, to deliver contracted services, to invoice, and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information, we do not share it with data brokers, and we do not use it for advertising. Campaign data is used only for the engagement it belongs to.

Retention

Email threads are kept while relevant and deleted on request. Client engagement records are kept for seven years to satisfy US tax and accounting requirements, then destroyed. Server logs rotate within 90 days.

Your rights (EEA/UK — GDPR)

If you are in the European Economic Area or the UK, you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data; ask for a portable copy; object to or restrict processing; and complain to your supervisory authority. Write to contact@cpamomentum.com and we respond within 30 days.

Your rights (California — CCPA/CPRA)

California residents may request disclosure of the personal information we hold, its deletion, and correction, and may not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or "share" personal information as those terms are defined in the CCPA/CPRA, so there is nothing to opt out of.

Children

This site is a business-to-business service and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children; if you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes and contact
