Using cpamomentum.com means you accept these terms. Client engagements are governed by a separate signed agreement (the working agreement summarized on our About page); where the two differ, the signed agreement wins for clients.

What this website is

The site describes our services and methods. Content is provided for general information, not as financial, legal, or investment advice. Media buying involves risk; figures on this site, including case-file numbers and ledger aggregates, are illustrative representations of engagement patterns, are labeled as such, and are not a promise of results for your account.

The contact form

The contact form is a client-side demonstration: it validates and simulates sending without transmitting data. Do not use it for time-sensitive or confidential communication; use contact@cpamomentum.com instead.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, probe it for vulnerabilities beyond good-faith security research, scrape it at abusive rates, or misrepresent an affiliation with CPAMomentum LLC.

Intellectual property

The site's text, design, the Playbook chapters, and the CPAMomentum name belong to CPAMomentum LLC. You may quote reasonable excerpts with attribution and a link; wholesale republication requires written permission.

We reference third-party platforms (ad networks such as PropellerAds, Adsterra, RichAds, PopAds, PopCash; trackers such as Voluum and RedTrack) for information. We do not control them, their prices change, and mentioning them is not an endorsement or a partnership claim unless stated otherwise.
